Annual NBBF Family Camp

You are invited to join our Softball Team!
Our church participates in the Independent Church League Softball Season Co-Ed league when we have enough active players. Our NBBF team is made up of enthusiastic players from 13 year old to the young at heart. It is our number one goal each year to show up on the field and represent our faith and our church to the best of our abilities. While taking home the first place trophy may be nice, even when we don’t score the highest, we are winners every time our attitude and team spirit reflects God’s light in our hearts.
If you are not a softball player, we can always use cheerleaders! Nothing keeps us going out there in the field than our loyal fans sitting in the stands cheering us on with their steadfast encouragment.
Fellowship Events
We found our Sunday morning worship together so wonderful, we decided to create special actitivies on a monthly basis designed to extend our family fellowship time with each other even longer.
At NBBF, you will find potlucks, parades, river rafting, camping, golfing, game nights, and more to enjoy with like-minded believers in a stress-free, relaxed environment.
Family Camp
Every year, we gather our camping gear, tents, and/or RVs and head out to the beautiful Schafer State Park. Just 45 minutes from Olympia, Schafer State Park sits on the Satsop River between Elma and Brady. The group camp offers private bathroom facilities (sans shower), a large covered shelter complete with water and electricity, and a secluded area for the use of our church family.
You can count on a themed dinner plan, an exciting group rafting trip, games, Bocce ball, Laser Tag, an outdoor movie theater, and many other fun activities. Or set up your camp chair out in the sun for a nap, or to read a book, or just relax in the open air and listen to the sounds of God’s nature music. And let’s not forget singing around the campfire, and roasting hot dogs and S’Mores!
